Unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, and insecurities hindered my ability to fully believe in myself and to be fully present with those I served. Before undergoing inner healing, my low self-esteem negatively impacted my professional self-perception.
Through the process of inner healing, I learned how trauma was negatively impacting me, which impacted how I conducted myself and my business. I recognized my value and worth, which instilled in me the belief that I could succeed.
